Senior Director, Integrated Finance Data & Product Lead

In this role, you lead the Data & Product pillar within the Finance Data Office, overseeing Data Foundation, Finance 360 Product, and Data Operations. You align priorities, drive execution, and ensure cohesive evolution of data and product capabilities. You work with Finance and Technology leadership to deliver the Finance Forward strategy and to integrate AI-enabled analytics and decision support into Finance 360. You shape strategy, manage investments, and measure impact on decision quality and operational efficiency. This is a cross-functional leadership role with broad enterprise scope and a clear focus on value delivery.

• Lead the Data & Product pillar strategy across Data Foundation, Finance 360 Product, and Data Operations
• Provide overarching leadership for the pillar and maintain an integrated view of priorities, resources, risks, and outcomes
• Prioritize and allocate resources, escalate decisions to the Head of Finance Data Office as needed
• Oversee pillar spend and advise on funding and investment changes within the FDO portfolio
• Measure success by delivery, productivity, operational efficiency, decision quality, and business outcomes
• Oversee strategic data foundation direction to support Finance 360 and related priorities
• Guide data sourcing, transformation, normalization, architecture, semantic models, and data products
• Ensure trusted, standardized Finance data supports reporting, analytics, AI, and decision-making
• Ensure Finance ownership of data definitions while collaborating with upstream data owners and Technology teams
• Provide pillar oversight of Finance 360 while coordinating with the Finance 360 Product & Platform Director
• Align Finance 360 product priorities with the underlying data foundation from design to delivery
• Integrate reporting, analytics, KPIs, workflow, self-service, data health, and AI capabilities into Finance 360
• Coordinate with AI & Analytics and Process Re-engineering to connect capabilities with Finance 360
• Lead Data Operations with a sustainable operating model for data quality, controls, governance, and issue management
• Scale data capabilities across the U.S. and GCC
• Lead the U.S.-based Data & Product leadership team and collaborate with GCC leadership
• Partner with Finance leaders and Technology teams, including AI Enablement and Governance
• Represent Data & Product to CFO and senior Finance leadership
• Ensure integration with Governance and Enterprise Architecture across disciplines

• 12+ years in data strategy, analytics, product leadership, or Finance transformation
• Strong track record building and scaling enterprise data, analytics, AI, or digital products with measurable outcomes
• Experience leading enterprise data and analytics transformation in a large organization
• Experience supporting Finance functions (Accounting, Controllership, FP&A, Business Finance, Finance Operations)
• Strong understanding of modern data architecture, semantic models, analytics platforms, data governance, and AI-enabled capabilities
• Deep techno-functional experience to shape solution direction and challenge teams
• Experience leading global teams and large cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution
• Strong executive communication skills with senior Finance and Technology leaders
